How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for non-prescription frames. For prescription lenses, please allow 7 to 10 business days as each pair is custom-made in our workshop.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your glasses for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.
Can I use my own prescription?
Yes, simply upload a photo of your valid prescription during the checkout process or email it to our customer care team after placing your order.
